MONTREAL, May 27, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Dynacor Gold Mines Inc. (TSX: DNG) (Dynacor or the Corporation)<\/strong>\u00a0announced its monthly dividend. The declaration of a dividend payment of C$0.0067 per common share will be payable on June 17, 2021, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 8, 2021. This dividend represents the fifteenth dividend and fifth monthly payment made to shareholders.<\/p>\n

The Corporation recently announced its second dividend increase from C$0.005 to C$0.0067, a 33% increase.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Corporation\u2019s monthly dividend qualifies as an \u201celigible dividend\u201d for Canadian income tax purposes.<\/p>\n

The payment and increase of dividends are at the discretion of the Board and will depend on the Corporation\u2019s financial results, cash requirements, prospects and other factors deemed relevant by the Board.<\/p>\n
