
Jean Martineau
President & CEO
Jean Martineau is a seasoned industrial veteran with extensive leadership experience in the North and Latin American industrial, mining and investment sectors. Through his stewardship of Dynacor, Jean has made foundational contributions to the formalization of the artisanal gold mining industry in Peru, helping the government increase governance of the sector and improving miner livelihoods through fair pricing, transparent dealing, and traceable measures. During his 18-year tenure, Dynacor has posted 14 years of consecutive profit, over a decade of top-line and operating cash flow growth, and ranked on the TSX30 as a top-performing stock.
Mr. Martineau studied science at Université du Québec. He has years of governance experience as director of public corporations including at Argex Titanium, Wesdome Gold Mines and TomaGold Corp. Currently, he is a director of Fidamar, a Peruvian foundation and of GEIF (Global Ecosystem Impact Foundation), a Swiss foundation.

Pierre Lépine

Pierre Lépine is a senior financial executive and entrepreneur with over 30 years of executive leadership positions in some of Canada’s most prominent financial institutions. Pierre’s career spans investments, corporate M&A, corporate development, corporate finance, and international expansion and includes over a hundred deals across five continents.
Mr. Lépine held senior executive and directorship roles with large-scale corporations such as Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), GL&V Inc., National Bank Financial, Price Waterhouse, and Groupe ABP. Since 1987, he has guided the extraordinary growth trajectory of Groupe ABP, which he co-founded, which is now the leading high-end event agency in eastern Canada.
Mr. Lépine earned a degree in business administration, is a member of the Order of the Chartered Professional Accountants and holds the ICD.D designation granted by the Institute of Corporate Directors. Mr. Lépine has served as director of TSX.V-listed TomaGold Corporation and sat on the committee of several Canadian non-profit organizations.
