Jean Martineau
President & CEO
Jean Martineau is an industrial veteran with extensive leadership experience in the North and Latin American industrial, mining and investment sectors. Through his stewardship of Dynacor, Jean has made foundational contributions to the formalization of the artisanal gold mining industry in Peru, helping the government increase governance of the sector and improving miner livelihoods through fair pricing, transparent dealing, and traceable measures. During his 19-year tenure, Dynacor has posted 15 years of consecutive profit, over a decade of top-line and operating cash flow growth, and ranked on the TSX30 as a top-performing stock.
Mr. Martineau studied science at Université du Québec. He has years of governance experience as director of public corporations including at Argex Titanium, Wesdome Gold Mines and TomaGold Corp. Currently, he is a director of Fidamar, a Peruvian foundation and of GEIF (Global Ecosystem Impact Foundation), a Swiss foundation.
Daniel Misiano
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Daniel Misiano has over 35 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the mining services industry, with expertise spanning business development, corporate strategy, innovation and operations management. He previously served as President of MBI Global where he oversaw material revenue growth through international expansion. His career includes a 10-year tenure at Atlas Copco in Canada, Africa and Europe, where he held roles such as Vice-President, Sales and Marketing and Business Development Manager. In these roles, Mr. Misiano spearheaded major projects including the successful integration of new divisions within the company and new product launches while posting record growth.
Since joining Dynacor in 2024, Mr. Misiano has been integral to the Corporation’s strategic achievements, combining his background in scaling organizations to advance Dynacor’s operations and expansion strategy.
Daniel holds an associate degree from Stockholm School of Economics. He has served on the board of 48e Nord International since 2021.
Stéphane Lemarié
CFO and Vice-President, Finance
Stéphane Lemarié is an experienced financial executive who brings to Dynacor over 25 years of extensive experience in accounting, auditing and corporate treasury management.
A trilingual executive with a multinational focus, Mr. Lemarié has a proven track record of delivering results and managing finance teams for publicly held industrial companies. He is an eight-year veteran of Dynacor having joined as Controller and Director of Financial Information in 2017. Prior to Dynacor, he spent three years at MPC (Technicolor) in Montreal where he held the key role of Financial Controller. Stéphane began his career at KPMG in France, serving large industrial clients for 14 years.
Stéphane is a member of the Order of Chartered Professional Accountants of Québec and holds a DESS (specialized graduate diploma) in accounting, financial and operational auditing from Université de Grenoble in France.
