Profile

Dynacor Group (TSX: DNG) is an industrial ore processing company dedicated to producing gold sourced from artisanal miners. Since its establishment in 1996, Dynacor has pioneered a responsible mineral supply chain with stringent traceability and audit standards for the fast-growing artisanal mining industry. By focusing on fully and part-formalized miners, the Canadian company offers a win-win approach for governments and miners globally. Dynacor operates the Veta Dorada plant and owns a gold exploration property in Peru. The company is expanding to West Africa and within Latin America.

The premium paid by luxury jewellers for Dynacor’s PX Impact® gold goes to Fidamar Foundation, an NGO that mainly invests in health and education projects for artisanal mining communities in Peru.

History

Veta Dorada Plant

Dynacor commenced the construction of the Huanca-Acari gold processing plant in southern Peru in 1996. Since pouring its first gold in 1998, the Corporation has methodically grown its gold-equivalent production from 79,897 ounces in 2017 to 117,552 ounces in 2024. Today, Dynacor is the only listed ASM gold processor globally.

Objectives

The Corporation’s main activities consist of:

  • the production of gold and silver through the processing of ore purchased from small -cale artisanal miners registered with the Peruvian government;
  • the development of new processing activities in other jurisdictions;
  • the exploration of its mining properties located in Peru, with the potential for commercial extraction of gold and other precious metals.

There have been very limited or no exploration activities in recent years. Such activities involve a high degree of risk and must be considered highly speculative due to the financial and operational risks inherent to the exploration and development of its mineral resource properties.
