MONTREAL, QUEBEC–(Marketwire – Jan. 29, 2013) – Dynacor Gold Mines Inc. (TSX:DNG) (Dynacor or the Company) stock was halted this morning by the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC).

The Company’s management indicates that there are no corporate matters of any kind that have led to the stock halt.
